Elexon is consulting on Issue 101

◆ Published: 31/01/2024

The Data Integration Platform (DIP) is a vital technical component of the transition to Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) that will be used to share Half-Hourly consumption information from consumers’ smart meters. The MHHS Programme manage the development of the DIP, but Ofgem has tasked Elexon with proposing the future governance arrangements for the DIP.

Issue 101 was raised to gather industry input to help develop the arrangements. This consultation on the proposed arrangements and drafting for the DIP enables industry engagement before the drafting is implemented as part of an Authority-led Significant Code Review Modification.

This consultation invites potential DIP users and other interested parties to provide their views on the proposed arrangements and drafting for the enduring governance, funding and operation of the DIP. Elexon has developed the arrangements, legal text and subsidiary documents as part of Issue 101: Ongoing Governance, Funding and Operation of the Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) DIP

This consultation closes at 17:00 on Wednesday 21 February 2024
