Migration and Cutover Advisory Group (MCAG)

The Migration and Cutover Advisory Group (MCAG) has been established to govern and advise on migration and cutover activities necessary for delivering the MHHS Target Operating Model (TOM) and agreed Programme plan.

The MCAG is a new Advisory Group, established in February 2024 and will work closely with other Level 3 Governance Groups and report into the Programme Steering Group (PSG).

The MCAG Meeting Papers are below and the MCAG Meeting Calendar is on the right-hand side.

This Advisory Group was formed following the restructure of the former Testing and Migration Advisory Group (TMAG). You can view historic TMAG meeting papers, minutes, and headline reports on the Historic Governance Groups page of this website.
