Migration and Cutover Advisory Group (MCAG)
The Migration and Cutover Advisory Group (MCAG) has been established to govern and advise on migration and cutover activities necessary for delivering the MHHS Target Operating Model (TOM) and agreed Programme plan.
The MCAG is a new Advisory Group, established in February 2024 and will work closely with other Level 3 Governance Groups and report into the Programme Steering Group (PSG).

This Advisory Group was formed following the restructure of the former Testing and Migration Advisory Group (TMAG). You can view historic TMAG meeting papers, minutes, and headline reports on the Historic Governance Groups page of this website.

Level 4 Working Groups are open to all Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the specific topic area.

Data Cleanse Working Group (DCWG)
The DCWG is responsible for reporting on the progress of data cleanse activities, as well as working through any issues or concerns that have been highlighted through this reporting or raised by Programme participants while carrying out data cleanse activities.

Transition & Operational Readiness Working Group (TORWG)
The TORWG is responsible for discussing all MHHS transition and operational readiness-related items, to facilitate discussion and strive for consensus on transition and operational readiness discussion items to inform the development of documents (e.g. MHHS Service Management Strategy, Cutover Plan etc.) that will shape and define key activities and milestones across the transition period.
