Migration Sprint 6

Sprint 6 execution starts on Wednesday 2 December 2026 and runs until Tuesday 2 February 2027. 

Sprint Planning 

Sprint 6 planning runs from  11-18 November 2026. 

The Sprint 6 Baselined Schedule will be published on Kestrel on Wednesday 25 November 2026.

All Suppliers are required to submit their Daily granularity Committed plans by Wednesday 18 November 2026​​. 

Sprint Execution 

Sprint 6 execution starts on Wednesday 2 December 2026 and runs until Tuesday 2 February 2027.

The Migration Control Centre (MCC) will actively monitor migrations during sprint execution.

Information on migration process will be shared via Programme governance.

There is a Microsoft Teams channel to provide updates to Central Parties and active Suppliers. If you think you need access to this, please email [email protected]   

Sprint Retrospective 

A Sprint 6 retrospective will be held at the end of the Sprint 6 execution phase to reflect on the closed Sprint, celebrate successes, capture lessons, and agree improvements for future cycles.

Key Timelines 

• Wednesday 18 November 2026 - Submission deadline: 
  Deadline for all Suppliers to submit schedules (by the end of the day)
• Wednesday 25 November 2026 - Sprint 6 baseline published:  
  • Baselined - Committed and forecast schedule released to Suppliers 
  • Baselined - Aggregate schedules released 
• Wednesday 2 December 2026 - Sprint 6 Execution starts:  
  • Supplier Migrations begin, following Baselined committed schedule
• Tuesday 2 February 2027 – Sprint 6 Execution ends
